Visit a tenant's site or back office
The two action buttons on the library detail page.
Open a tenant's public site or back office in a new tab.
Where
Super-admin → Libraries → click a library → action buttons at the top
Visit public site
Opens the library's patron-facing URL in a new tab. See what patrons see — catalogue, holds, portal.
Open back office
Opens the library's /admin in a new tab. You're signed in as a super_admin with full admin access.
Notes
- Visiting doesn't notify the tenant
- Your actions in their back office are logged with your super_admin user ID
- Use sparingly — if you're going to make changes, communicate with the tenant first
Custom domain
If the tenant has a custom domain (e.g., library.example.org), the "Visit public site" button uses that domain. Otherwise it uses the default subdomain.
Privacy
You can see all data — patrons, loans, books, settings. Treat this as production access. Don't browse out of curiosity.
