Lifecycle stages

  • New: just submitted from /contact-sales
  • Contacted: you've replied or scheduled a call
  • Qualified: they're a real prospect, not a tire-kicker
  • Won: signed up for a paid plan
  • Lost: they're going with a different solution
  • Spam: bot or test submission

Moving a lead through stages

  • Open the lead
  • Status dropdown → pick the new stage
  • Save (auto-saved)

Internal notes

Add notes to a lead (decisions, follow-up dates, contacts). Notes are super-admin-only.

Converting a lead to a customer

When a lead signs up, link them: open the lead → "Link to library" → search for the new library.

Filtering

  • By status
  • By organization type (church, school, community, etc.)
  • By submission date
  • By tier interest

Sorting

  • Recency (default)
  • Organization size
  • Tier interest (Starter, Community, Custom)
