My logo isn't updating on the front-end
Cache clearing and revalidation.
You uploaded a new logo but the old one still shows.
Most common cause: cache
Your browser cached the old logo. Fix:
- Hard refresh: Cmd-Shift-R (Mac) or Ctrl-Shift-R (Windows)
- Or open in a private window
- Or clear browser cache for the site
Server cache
We cache assets aggressively for performance. The new logo should appear within 60 seconds, but can take up to 5 minutes for fully fresh views.
Verify the upload
Settings → Appearance → Logo. The current logo should show. If it shows the old logo, the upload didn't take. Re-upload.
Different sizes
We serve the logo in multiple sizes (favicon, hero, mobile). After update, all sizes regenerate. The favicon (browser tab icon) sometimes takes longer to refresh — restart your browser if needed.
Patron browsers
Patrons may see the old logo for an hour or so due to their own browser caches. Most modern browsers refresh assets within 24 hours.
CDN
Our CDN edge nodes propagate within 30 seconds. If you're seeing the old logo more than 5 minutes after update, contact us.
