Patron loan history

See every loan, hold, and saved book for a patron.

Where

Patrons → find them → History tab

What's there

• Active loans (current)
• Past loans (returned)
• Active holds
• Past holds (cancelled or fulfilled)
• Bookmarks
• Patron scoring history (when grade changed and why)

Filtering

• By date range
• By outcome (returned on time, late, lost, damaged)
• By book (search history for a specific title)

Exporting

• Export → CSV or PDF
• Useful for tax purposes, audits, or transferring to another system

Loan detail

Click any loan to see:

• The book, copies, dates
• Renewal history
• Any notes from staff
• Whether the patron's scoring was affected

Statistics

At the top of the History tab:

• Total loans (lifetime)
• Total holds
• Average days held
• Late returns count
• Lost books count
• Current grade

Privacy

History is staff-only. Patrons see only their own portal view, not the full back-office history.
