Two-factor authentication
Setting up and recovery codes (when available).

Status
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is in development. Expected availability: Q1.
How it'll work
- Enable in Settings → Account → Two-factor
- Choose method: authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) or SMS
- After password sign-in, enter the 6-digit code from your app
Recovery codes
- 10 one-time recovery codes are generated when you enable 2FA
- Use one if you lose your device
- Each code works only once
Forced 2FA for admins
Once available, super-admins can require 2FA for all admin accounts on a tenant. Settings → Access → Require 2FA for Admins → toggle.
Bypassing
You can't bypass 2FA from the sign-in page once enabled. If locked out, contact hello@tryshelfwise.com.
For now
Use a strong, unique password (15+ random characters from a password manager) until 2FA is available.
