Shelfwise has three plans. All include the full catalogue, self-checkout, holds, and patron portal. The differences are book and patron limits, branding depth, and support tier.

Starter — $19/month

Up to 500 books and 150 patrons. For a small or starter library — a foyer collection, a club library, or a starting community space.

Community — $49/month

Up to 5,000 books and 1,000 patrons. Most established small-to-mid-sized libraries fit here.

  • Branded admin theme (logo, name, accent colour)
  • Patron scoring with auto-block on poor standing

  • Priority email support

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved if you re-subscribe later.
