Media manager

A shared image library for your library's content (covers, banner photos, etc.).

Where

Settings → Media → list of all uploaded images

Uploading

• Click "Upload"
• Drag-and-drop or select files
• Files appear in your library
• Use anywhere that accepts an image URL

Image types

• JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG
• Max 5MB per file

Organizing

• Tag images (e.g., "covers", "branding", "events")
• Search by tag
• Filter by upload date

Where images are used

• Book covers (uploaded directly to book detail)
• Hero banner photos
• Library logo
• Email template images
• Custom homepage content

Deleting

• Find the image → Delete
• Images in active use are blocked from deletion (we warn you)
• To force delete, remove the references first

Storage limits

• Starter: 1 GB
• Community: 10 GB
• Custom: as needed

When you're near the limit, an alert appears. You can:

• Delete old/unused images
• Upgrade to a larger plan
• Use external URLs for some images (skips your storage)
